Our clients, who had experience building six homes prior, had a confident vision for their dream home. Inside, the craftsmanship shines with custom millwork and cabinetry, all built in-house by DeVol Builders—our signature touch. For this family, entertaining was a priority, as they have grown children and grandchildren living nearby. To bring the outside in, we incorporated a bright sunroom featuring a large Pella sliding door that connects to a screened porch. This outdoor space boasts a bar, a cozy family room with a wood-burning fireplace, and views of the pool and veranda—a perfect retreat for family gatherings and celebrations.
